McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Felicia Rickett-Samuels as Vice President of Human Resources at BronxWorks. Felicia will provide strategic and operational leadership to unite the training and human resources departments to enhance BronxWorks ability to recruit, hire, train, integrate, and support new staff.

Felicia brings over 10 years of experience in human resources and nonprofit leadership to BronxWorks. She has worked in senior human resource leadership roles at Birch Family Services and Daytop Village and most recently served as the Senior Human Resources Director at Jewish Board of Family + Children’s Services. Her experience makes her well-equipped to contribute to the ongoing development of operations and expertise at BronxWorks. She received her Master of Science in industrial labor relations and human resources from City of New York University, Baruch College and is SHRM certified.

BronxWorks is headquartered in Bronx, N.Y. and helps individuals and families improve their economic and social well-being. From toddlers to seniors, they provide food and shelter as well as teach and support the neighborhood to build a stronger Bronx community.
