McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Wilma Marais as Vice President of Human Resources at Commissionaires. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and as part of the executive leadership team, Wilma will be accountable for all aspects of the human resources function. She will be a critical business partner across the organization and will play an instrumental role in the continued transformation and professionalization of Commissionaires as it continues to grow and evolve.
Wilma brings over 20 years of experience across a broad range of human resources assignments and change management mandates. She is skilled at understanding the strategic goals, strengths, and challenges of organizations and supporting their overall business strategy through the design and implementation of sophisticated and customized human resource strategies and programs. She is passionate about maintaining a team approach and has a strong record of success in enabling and empowering her team to identify the best solutions for the business, while fostering a culture of high employee engagement.
