Paul serves as Managing Partner at McDermott + Bull Canada and is part of the firm’s Private Equity Practice, based in Vancouver, BC. With over 20 years of distinguished experience in executive talent acquisition in North America and globally, Paul excels at aiding corporate clients in identifying and recruiting pivotal executives across diverse industries and disciplines. He primarily collaborates with privately held companies and private equity firms, sourcing top-tier executive talent for competitive business landscapes.
Prior to joining the firm, Paul was the Managing Director of a well-established management consulting firm with offices across Canada. Paul is the past President of the Hong Kong Canada Business Association, a bilateral trade organization focused on increasing trade between Asia and Canada. He started his career working in the financial services industry with a leading Canadian insurance company.
Paul obtained his degree in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
