Ryan Harmon serves as Managing Director at McDermott + Bull and is based in Dallas, Texas. He plays an integral role in the firm’s continued expansion across the region to strengthen McDermott + Bull’s presence and client relationships throughout Texas. Ryan partners with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate clients to deliver executive leadership across the private equity, residential and business services, and energy sectors.
Ryan has over two decades of experience in executive search, professional services, and sales leadership, leading high-performing teams and executing hundreds of retained search engagements for organizations experiencing growth, transformation, and leadership transitions. His expertise spans identifying and recruiting transformational leaders who drive organizational scale, operational efficiency, and value creation.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Business minor from the University of Texas at Arlington. He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Catherine and their son Arthur.
