She has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting recruiting, serving early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, Tamra spent eight years as a Talent Management Partner where she represented the Southern California market by identifying critical talent to help companies through new business initiatives. At the start of her career, she held senior management and senior recruiting roles at multiple executive search firms.
Tamra received her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Buena Vista University. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and shopping at thrift stores.
