Taylor Plasz serves as a Talent Sourcer and Researcher for McDermott + Bull’s Internal Recruitment + Development Team, where she leads research initiatives that support the firm’s expansion, including the recruitment of Managing Directors, Research Associates, and more.

Taylor has experience working in finance, technology, operations, and customer service. She has a passion for finding and connecting the right people with the best career fit and is excited to contribute to the growth of the firm.

Taylor grew up in Maine and California, and she now resides in Denver, Colorado, where she enjoys spending time in the mountains or attending concerts at Red Rocks Park + Amphitheatre. She spends much of her free time creating resin art and singing in her jazz and blues band “Dear Luna.”
