McDermott + Bull has placed Shannon Eusey, Michele Miyakawa, and Manish Dutta on the board of directors of Pacific Mercantile Bancorp, and its wholly-owned banking subsidiary, Pacific Mercantile Bank.
Pacific Mercantile Bank is a full-service business bank with more than $1.3 billion in assets serving Southern California. The bank was taken public in 1999 and recapitalized by Carpenter & Company in 2012. Today, PMBC’s shareholder base has expanded to include several institutional investors and is now listed as a member of the Russell 2000 Index.
Ms. Eusey is a Co-founder of Beacon Pointe Advisors, LLC, one of the largest independent registered investment advisory (“RIA”) firms in the nation, and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Ms. Miyakawa is a Managing Director and one of the founding members of Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a global independent investment bank.

Mr. Dutta is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Ledger Technologies, a distributed ledger technology firm. Prior to founding Alpha Ledger Technologies, Mr. Dutta spent 20 years with PIMCO where he most recently was a Senior Vice President and Senior Manager, managing various teams of developers, analysts, and consultants supporting PIMCO’s global client-facing operations, business operations, and strategic initiatives for the executive office.
