McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jovan Hollins as Chief Operating Officer at ClinNEXUS. Jovan will be responsible for leading and optimizing the organization’s daily operations, formalizing and scaling internal workflows, and building operational infrastructure to support rapid growth. He will also oversee vendor and partner relationships, manage quality assurance standards, and collaborate with technology teams to integrate data-driven tools and scalable systems.
Jovan brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across clinical operations, DEI, and strategic growth in both private-sector and military environments. He most recently served as Vice President of Operations and DEI Co-Chair at AccentCare, where he led transformative initiatives across productivity, revenue, clinical outcomes, and diversity. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles at DaVita, Inc., including Director of Operations Home Therapies/Marketing, and earlier roles as Group Facility Administrator and Facility Administrator. Jovan began his career in the United States Air Force, where he served as Program Director and Project Manager overseeing multi-billion dollar acquisition programs. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
