McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Stephanie Green as Chief Operating Officer at St. Nicks Alliance. Stephanie will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s core programmatic areas, including youth, elder care, workforce development, and social services. In this role, she will lead operational planning, performance management, financial oversight, and staff development, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.
Stephanie brings over 20 years of leadership experience advancing housing, human services, and community development initiatives. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at the West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing (WSFSSH), where she led cross-agency strategic planning, DEI initiatives, and interdepartmental integration. Prior to that, she served as Director of Real Estate Development at WSFSSH, where she led the expansion of the agency’s housing portfolio, doubling its size and securing over $500 million in development assets. Earlier in her career, she held roles in policy and program development at the Fannie Mae Foundation, The Curriculum Initiative, and the Jewish Funders Network. Stephanie earned a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Stanford University.
