McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Todd Neece as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Trenton Beckham as Vice President, Corporate Development at NEFCO. In their respective roles, Todd will lead the development of a best-in-class FP&A function, strengthening financial planning, performance management, and forecasting capabilities while supporting NEFCO’s continued growth and acquisition strategy. Trenton will lead the company’s corporate development function, driving M&A strategy and execution, building a scalable acquisition pipeline, and partnering closely with executive leadership to accelerate NEFCO’s long-term growth objectives.
Todd brings over a decade of financial planning and analysis leadership experience within large-scale distribution organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of FP&A at SRS Distribution, where he led financial planning for a $3B division spanning 400 branches. Throughout his tenure at SRS Distribution, Todd held progressive leadership roles across FP&A and pricing, helping drive revenue growth, support acquisitions and greenfield expansions, modernize reporting capabilities, and develop high-performing finance teams. He earned his MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Baylor University.
Trenton brings over 13 years of corporate development, M&A, and valuation experience within industrial and distribution businesses. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Core & Main, where he led the company’s M&A strategy and execution, completing more than 40 acquisitions representing over $1.8 billion in deployed capital. He partnered closely with executive leadership and private equity sponsors to drive inorganic growth, overseeing all aspects of transaction sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and integration. Earlier in his career, Trenton served as Manager, Business Valuation at Deloitte, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and financial analysis. He earned his MBA in Finance, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Missouri.
