McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Ben Hailey as Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer at FFB Bank. In this role, Ben will oversee the Bank’s enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, and fraud functions. He will partner closely with the executive leadership team and Board to strengthen FFB Bank’s risk infrastructure and support the organization’s continued growth and evolution.

Ben brings extensive experience in enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, bank supervision, and emerging financial services. Most recently, he served as Head of Risk and Compliance at Stablecore, where he led the development of the company’s enterprise risk, AML, fraud, and governance frameworks. Prior to Stablecore, Ben spent more than 15 years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, progressing through a variety of leadership and specialist roles focused on bank supervision, fintech, payments, Banking-as-a-Service, digital assets, and emerging risk. Ben earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia.
