Rachel Loye
DIRECTOR
Rachel Loye serves as a Director for McDermott + Bull where she works closely with the firm’s Managing Directors sourcing senior leadership teams for clients. Her responsibilities include candidate research and recruiting; pipeline management and candidate flow; as well as performance feedback.
Prior to McDermott + Bull, Rachel worked in both business development and recruiting for direct hire and consultant engineering positions at Actalent, formerly Aerotek Engineering.
Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oregon and currently resides in Portland, Oregon. In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and spending time outdoors.
