Haley Jones serves as Director of Recruiting at McDermott + Bull Executive Search, based in St. George, UT. Haley leads and develops the U.S. recruiting team while managing the day-to-day operations and engagement workflow for client searches.
Before joining McDermott + Bull, she spent the last decade of her career within the technology, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors leading full-cycle recruiting teams and hiring for a wide range of diverse positions.
Haley received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westminster College and is passionate about helping others see their value, both professionally and personally.
