Heather brings a strong financial and operational lens to the business, helping strengthen performance and build the capabilities needed to scale. Her focus includes practice growth, organizational effectiveness, and the continued evolution of McDermott + Bull’s operating model, including how technology & AI can strengthen performance and create greater leverage across the business.
Since joining McDermott + Bull, Heather’s role has expanded from leading operations and search execution in Canada to a broader North American mandate focused on firm performance and growth.
Prior to McDermott + Bull, Heather was a Managing Associate at Korn Ferry, where she led senior management and executive-level engagements across North America. She began her career with KPMG, working with private company entrepreneurs, family businesses, and high-growth organizations.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.
