Jenise Vaccaro serves as a Director at McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders, based in Irvine, CA. In her role, she collaborates with the team to build relationships with public, private, and private equity-backed organizations. She serves as a conduit for the firm, introducing senior-level executives from middle-market and private equity firms to the firm’s interim solutions.
Jenise has deep experience in professional consultative sales across several industries. She spent most of her career at RR Donnelley, previously known as Bowne, where she served as Vice President of Sales. Jenise then established her own sales consulting firm, where she provided solutions for professional services firms. She became a permanent member of the McDermott + Bull team in January 2023 after serving the firm in a consultant role for five years.
Jenise grew up in Florida and moved to Northern California in 2003 with her husband and their son and daughter. She enjoys hiking, traveling, reading historical accounts, and entertaining friends.
