Hilary has distinguished herself in the executive search industry through her strategic leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Executive Search with a national search firm. In this role, she developed her expertise in crafting recruitment solutions for organizations in search of innovative leaders and high-performing teams. Her targeted approach to executive-level searches has solidified her reputation for excellence and her dedication to corporate growth objectives. Previously, Hilary led the IT and digital marketing practices for the same firm in Austin and San Antonio, where she demonstrated her capability to expand markets and nurture internal talent. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication and public relations from Sam Houston State University.
