Hilary Raska serves as a Vice President at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, based in Austin, TX. Hilary supports the execution of searches, client management, and business development for the practice.
Prior to McDermott + Bull, Hilary worked with a national search firm for over 10 years where she opened and built a technology search practice in Austin, TX. In her role, she hired and led an internal team while partnering with financial services, insurance, fintech, and tech organizations to place high-performing individuals, eventually narrowing her focus to VP and C-Level searches in the Texas market.
Hilary received her Bachelor of Arts in mass communication and public relations from Sam Houston State University and resides in Austin with her husband and their dog, Max.
