Since joining McDermott + Bull in 2019, she has grown her practice fourfold while leading the opening of the New York office and expanding nationally.

Sue brings more than 15 years of experience as a nonprofit executive search consultant focused on recruiting chief executives and leadership teams. Her target sectors include mission-driven organizations serving human services, environmental, education, voluntary health and animal welfare. Prior to her career in executive search, Sue was a sales executive at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank with an emphasis on emerging market fixed income and foreign exchange markets.
Sue’s work and passion within the nonprofit space have given her a unique understanding of the dynamic needs and challenges client organizations face.
