McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Mike Nold as Chief Executive Officer at Skywire Networks. Mike will report directly to the Board of Directors and lead the company’s next phase of commercial and operational growth. He will be responsible for driving enterprise and residential revenue growth, optimizing operational performance, strengthening organizational alignment, and executing the company’s long-term strategy to accelerate profitability and expand its market presence.

Mike brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning telecommunications, digital infrastructure, technology, and private equity-backed businesses. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving growth, leading business transformations, and creating enterprise value across complex organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy for Equinix Americas, where he led strategic investments, M&A initiatives, and long-term growth planning across one of the world’s largest digital infrastructure platforms. Previously, he held executive leadership roles with Zayo Group, Graphic Village, and several private equity investment firms, combining operational leadership with deep experience in strategy, acquisitions, and value creation. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
