McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Joseph Sarci as Chief Information Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. In this role, Joseph will serve as the Bank’s most senior technology executive, overseeing the full scope of enterprise technology functions, including architecture, application development, infrastructure, data management, and digital enablement. He will be responsible for delivering a modern, scalable, and secure technology environment that positions the Bank to achieve its long-term strategic goals.

Joseph brings more than 35 years of experience driving transformation and innovation across the financial services sector. He most recently served as Managing Director of Global Technology at JPMorgan Chase, where he led global infrastructure modernization, IT risk management, and enterprise AI initiatives. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at First Republic Bank, where he executed enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts and drove core platform modernization. Earlier in his career, Joseph held senior technology leadership roles at TIAA/EverBank, Freddie Mac, Broadridge, and JPMorgan Chase. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and maintains professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
