McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Chad Maze as Chief Operating Officer at Meriwest Credit Union. In this role, Chad will lead all member-centric and lending functions, including retail banking, branches, contact centers, marketing, community development, business development, wealth management, and consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending.

Chad brings over 32 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, and lending within the credit union and banking industries. He joins Meriwest Credit Union from Telhio Credit Union in Ohio, where he served as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all member-facing and revenue-generating channels. Previously he has served in retail, lending, and strategy leadership roles with organizations including BNY Mellon, Wells Fargo, and Arizona State Employees Credit Union. Chad holds a Master of Business Administration from California International Business University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
