McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Karine Bagdasaryan as Controller at LA Family Housing. Reporting directly to the CFO, Karine will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, coordinating audits, and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets. She will oversee comprehensive accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Karine is an experienced CPA with a background in financial accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and internal controls. She most recently served as Controller at Lindeman & Associates, where she managed comprehensive accounting functions and ensured compliance with financial regulations. Prior to this role, Karine was Controller at EPS-Cineworks, with earlier experience as a Senior Auditor at Green Hasson Janks and an Auditor at Nigro Karlin Segal & Feldstein, LLP. Karine earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
