McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Andy Santiago as Controller at Center for Court Innovation. Andy will oversee a team of 20, scaling the finance and accounting functions of the organization by building out the team, creating internal processes, and overseeing system implementation.
Andy is a seasoned finance and accounting leader who has served in mission-driven organizations for over two decades. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Community Health Action of Staten Island, overseeing $13 million in grants and supervising a team of five associates. Additionally, Andy has worked with companies like The Door, University Settlement Society of New York, Comunilife, Project Hospitality, Safe Space NYC, and the Metropolitan College of New York. He graduated with BBA in business and managerial economics from the State University of New York.
