McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Misbah Mayet as Director, Inclusion and Diversity at Wescom Credit Union. Misbah will be charged with supporting Wescom’s mission by developing and implementing program strategies that promote a fair, inclusive, and diverse workplace and business.
Misbah brings over 20 years of professional experience in DEI, human resources, and sales in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, and retail. She most recently served as Senior Manager of Inclusion and Belonging at The Trade Desk, where she led the buildout of the company’s first formal diversity and inclusion function supporting a global employee population. She previously served in diversity and inclusion program management roles with Pennymac and Farmers Insurance. Misbah received her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in business administration from Pepperdine University. She received her Diversity Professional Certification from the National Diversity Council.
