McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jean Rho as Director of Investments at Healthpeak Properties. Jean will be responsible for assessing real estate investments across all Healthpeak strategies. She will also be involved with the acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and development of properties throughout the United States.
Jean brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience. Most recently, she was at AEW Capital Management where she was a member of the direct investment group and she managed a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets. Prior to AEW, she worked in investment sales and debt placement at Eastdil Secured. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of California, Berkeley.
