McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jason Bowser as Senior Vice President, Branch Network + Business Development at Mission Federal Credit Union (Mission Fed). In this role, Jason will be charged with unifying the member-facing segments of retail banking and continuing to instill a sales and service culture throughout retail branch locations.
Jason brings over 20 years of retail and consumer banking leadership experience in the San Diego market. He joins Mission Fed from Union Bank, where he spent the entirety of his career across a myriad of roles in retail and business banking. He most recently served as Managing Director and Regional Manager for Union Bank’s San Diego County market, managing 16 branches and all retail and consumer banking, sales and service, operations, and administration in support of the branch network. He received his Bachelor of Science from Chapman University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
