McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Trang Phan as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations at First Pacific Bank. In this role, Trang will serve on the bank’s leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of the bank as a visible strategic and operational leader with oversight of bank operations, central services, and branch management.
Trang brings over 20 years of operational leadership experience within the banking industry. She has served in leadership positions within back-office operations and branch management within both community and regional banks, including Bank Irvine, Farmers & Merchants Bank, California Bank & Trust, and First Citizens Bank. Trang received her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and business administration from Columbia Southern University.
