McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Glee Harris as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Provident Bank. In this role, Glee will play an integral role in the Bank’s growth and evolution, leading the corporate human resources function, as well as managing and participating in the identification, development, and implementation of company-wide HR, talent acquisition, and talent development initiatives.

Glee brings over 29 years of human resources leadership experience across a diverse set of industries, including financial services, entertainment, and nonprofit. She joins Provident Bank from the Girl Scouts of Orange County where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior, Glee served in leadership positions with MUFG Union Bank, guiding HR strategy for the consumer and residential lending, operations and transformation, and compliance and risk teams. Glee received her bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Vanguard University and her master’s degree in human resources from Chapman University.

With over $1.3 billion in total assets and 13 retail banking centers, Provident Bank is the largest independent community bank headquartered in Riverside County, California, and has been serving the financial needs of its community since 1956. Provident’s community banking operations primarily consist of accepting deposits from customers and businesses within the communities surrounding its full-service offices and investing those funds in single-family, multi-family, commercial real estate, construction, commercial business, consumer, and other loans.
