McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jeff Geremia as Vice President, Administrative and Facilities Management at California Credit Union. In this role, Jeff will be charged with developing strategies related to the effective delivery of services for all corporate and branch users including both staff and members, maximizing exceptional experiences at key service touchpoints throughout the real estate portfolio.
Jeff brings over 28 years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, and construction project management in the media entertainment and nonprofit industries. He joins California Credit Union from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, where he optimized facilities and led real estate expansion for the company’s portfolio of parishes and schools. Previously, Jeff spent 20 years with ESPN, most recently leading the company’s West Coast facilities and workplace experience. Jeff received his Bachelor of Art from Loyola Marymount University and his MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
