McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Vivian Wong as Vice President at Grounded Capital (Grounded). Vivian will be responsible for actively managing and optimizing both the financial and impact performance of Grounded’s real estate portfolio. She will apply a proactive, hands-on approach to each asset in the portfolio and will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Vivian brings over a dozen years of institutional asset management experience across multiple property types on a global scale. Prior to joining Grounded, Vivian was an asset manager with Nuveen Real Estate in the U.S., China, and Singapore. She is passionate about placemaking, urban design, and curating tenants’ experiences.
Grounded Capital was created to pursue ideas and solve problems through direct investments of private, long-term financial capital on behalf of aligned investors. Grounded believes in a systems-based and holistic approach to responsibly grow capital and achieve impact across their five areas of focus: places, energy, people, food, and nature.
