McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Tracey Shields as Vice President, Human Resources at Pro-Care Medical Centers. Tracey will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align people strategies with organizational goals, build a high-performing human resources team, and strengthen employee engagement across the organization.
Tracey is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, life sciences, and technology sectors. She most recently served as Senior Director, Global Talent Management and HR, Americas at Azenta Life Sciences. Prior to Azenta, she held senior leadership roles at Pathway Vet Alliance (Thrive), Athenahealth, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Personnel One (Employbridge), where she drove strategic workforce initiatives and supported global business transformation. Tracey earned her Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Arts in Library Science and Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
