McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Albert Chang as Vice President of Marketing at Wescom Financial. In this role, Albert will lead Wescom’s marketing strategy, brand development, and member engagement initiatives, strengthening the organization’s visibility and positioning it for sustained growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, he will play a pivotal role in driving member acquisition, deepening loyalty, and elevating the Wescom brand across California.
Albert brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience spanning healthcare, utilities, and consumer brands, with a proven record of transforming legacy teams and building scalable, data-driven marketing frameworks. He most recently served as Executive Director of Marketing at CVS Health, responsible for paid media, brand strategy, partnerships, and digital engagement. Prior to CVS, Albert spent nearly a decade with Kaiser Permanente, ultimately serving as Director of Marketing for California, the organization’s largest market. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Southern California Edison, Munchkin, and in brand management at Kraft Foods and Heinz, where he gained foundational experience in analytics-driven marketing strategy. Albert earned his MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and his bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
