McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Frankie Haynes as Vice President, Member Contact Center at Wescom Credit Union. Frankie will play an integral role in shaping the future of how Wescom drives the delivery and optimization of member service through the operation of a best-in-class contact center team. She will also act as a focal point for Wescom’s initiatives for performance management and improvement within the call center environment.
Frankie brings nearly 30 years of contact center and remote service delivery leadership experience within the credit union industry. She joins Wescom from Nuvision Federal Credit Union where she served as Vice President of Contact Center leading teams responsible for core servicing, training, workforce management, fulfillment, and audit. Prior, Frankie served in call center leadership roles with notable Southern California-based financial institutions, including Financial Partners Credit Union and Kinecta Federal Credit Union. She is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.
