Mary Heiman serves as an Executive Recruiter for McDermott + Bull where she works closely with the firm’s Managing Directors, sourcing senior leadership teams for clients. Her responsibilities include candidate research and recruiting, pipeline management and candidate flow, as well as performance feedback.
Prior to McDermott + Bull, Mary worked at a boutique executive search firm in Denver, where she helped with searches in various sectors including financial services, marketing, aviation, and nonprofit.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Missouri. She currently resides in downtown Denver, Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking, and listening to live music.
