Justin brings extensive experience in sales and operations management within the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) sector, most recently serving as Director of Operations + Sales at Textron GSE. Over his 20-year tenure with Textron, he has demonstrated a profound ability to lead teams and drive significant sales growth, particularly in account management and operational efficiencies. His proactive approach to aligning sales strategies with customer needs has been pivotal in securing key accounts and fostering long-term business relationships.
