McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Joshua Fetting as Vice President of Consumer Lending at Valley Strong Credit Union. As Head of Consumer Lending, Joshua will be charged with driving the growth of Valley Strong’s consumer loan portfolio by creating a frictionless member experience. Joshua will provide leadership to the consumer lending team responsible for originating, processing, servicing, underwriting, and funding, in addition to product design and support, marketing, pricing, and development activities of the department.

Joshua brings 15 years of progressive consumer lending and financial services experience. He most recently served in a consumer leadership role with the $4.2 billion University of Wisconsin (UW) Credit Union. There, he drove tangible innovation through product creation and led UW’s digital lending experience initiative through partnerships with fintech companies, including Zelle, Carvana, and Savvy Money, to deliver customized digital solutions. Joshua is a graduate of CUNA Management School and received a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
