McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Allison Spears as the Vice President of Finance at Central Builders’ Supply Ltd., a portfolio company of Regimen Equity Partners. Based in Courtenay, British Columbia, the organization has a proud 98-year history and has distinguished itself through its personalized level of relationship-focused service to its customers. The company is one of the preeminent distributors and retailers of building products and materials across Vancouver Island. Reporting to the president of Central Builders’ Supply Ltd., Allison will be a key strategic partner and member of the executive leadership team, elevating the finance function. She will drive performance and financial acumen throughout the firm, helping prepare and lead the company through its next phase of growth.
Allison has 20 years of finance and accounting experience. She has led Canadian and multinational corporations in industries such as product and services sales and distribution, manufacturing, and home construction. Throughout her career, Allison has displayed a customer service-oriented mindset. She has a strong track record of designing operational advancements to improve performance and creating close working relationships with internal business partners. Allison is a graduate of Capilano University and holds a CPA designation.
