McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Maya Ginor as Vice President of Investments, Analytics, and Development at MCR Investments (MCR). Maya will be responsible for the financial analysis, market research, and development of the company’s real estate portfolio, focusing on maximizing investment returns and expanding its market presence through strategic acquisitions and developments.
Maya brings extensive experience in real estate investment and financial analysis, most recently serving on the acquisitions team at The Carlyle Group. In this role, she led due diligence processes and was instrumental in closing significant deals across various sectors, including multi-family and single-family rentals. Prior to Carlyle, Maya worked at The Kor Group, where she focused on hospitality investments and played a key role in the growth of emerging hotel brands.
