McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Peter (Pete) Fisher as Vice President of Talent at Sonendo, Inc. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, Pete will play a key role in shaping the future of Sonendo as he oversees all aspects of talent acquisition. He will serve as a strategic partner with each business head, working closely with the commercial and sales leadership teams to provide guidance on national and international workforce planning.
Pete brings extensive experience in succession and workforce planning, as well as learning and development within publicly traded companies. His deep level of understanding in sales gives him strong insight to tackle the most difficult talent acquisition, training, and compensation challenges. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Global Operations at Golden State Foods (GSF), where he oversaw the company’s five food manufacturing and distribution divisions. Prior to GSF, he held senior human resources roles at Ventura Foods, PepsiCo, and Rolls Royce North America. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University, his MBA and M.S. in information management from Arizona State University, and his master’s degree of industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
