McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Brian Choy as Vice President, Operational Excellence at GeoStabilization International. In this role, Brian will lead the company’s enterprise supply chain and procurement strategy, partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen sourcing capabilities, optimize vendor performance, and advance enterprise operational excellence across the organization. He will be responsible for advancing strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement governance, cost optimization, and scalable processes that support GSI’s continued growth and long-term value creation.
Brian brings over three decades of executive supply chain and operations leadership experience across renewable energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Fleet Operations at Ojjo, where he reduced product costs by 55%, improved EBITDA from negative 73% to positive 15%, and led post-acquisition systems integration while building scalable supply chain operations. Prior to that, Brian spent over a decade with Vestas Wind Technology, where he held several senior leadership positions overseeing supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement for a $7 billion North American business. Earlier in his career, Brian held leadership positions with Coleman Natural Foods, Wild Oats Market, Green Mountain Coffee, Albertson’s, and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Regis University.
