McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Courtney Walton as Vice President of Quality & Regulatory at Natus Neuro. Courtney will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will lead the company’s efforts to achieve and maintain excellence in quality assurance, regulatory approvals, and compliance. She will also spearhead cultural transformation within the quality organization, implement lean management practices, and position Natus as a leader in global quality and regulatory standards.

Courtney is an accomplished quality and regulatory leader with extensive experience in the medical device/diagnostic industry. She most recently served as Senior Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Beckman Coulter, where she oversaw global teams across five business units, supporting over 50 new product development projects. Prior to Beckman Coulter, she held progressively senior roles focused on quality transformation, supplier quality management, and post-market surveillance strategies. Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
