Previously, Tom managed two search firms where he was involved in the recruitment of critical talent across Canada and the US, having placed more than 1,500 individuals. He is passionate and motivated by helping people pursue their dreams while assisting organizations in achieving their goals.
Tom is a certified ski instructor and SCUBA Diver and is a member of the Craigleith Ski Club, Canadian Power + Sail Squadron, and Canadian Recruitment Professionals Association. He is a strong supporter of Southlake Regional Health Center, the Kids Help Phone, and Yellow Brick House. Tom lives with his wife and two children just north of Toronto where he enjoys boating, biking, golfing, and skiing.
