McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Ann Farmer as Chief Financial Officer at Platinum Dental Services. Ann will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy through its next phase of accelerated growth. She will oversee financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and financial operations while helping scale the organization’s infrastructure, support its acquisition strategy, and strengthen operational excellence across the business.
Ann brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across private equity-backed healthcare and dental services organizations. Throughout her career, she has led finance, revenue cycle, FP&A, treasury, and operational transformation initiatives, helping organizations improve profitability, scale operations, and strengthen financial performance. Following more than a decade with Great Expressions Dental Centers, where she advanced through multiple finance leadership roles, Ann went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer at Mind 24-7 and most recently American Dental Companies. Her expertise includes building high-performing finance teams, implementing scalable financial systems, optimizing revenue cycle operations, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and partnering with executive teams and investors to drive sustainable growth.
