McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Chris Michalak and Larry Dunivan as Independent Directors on Allvia’s Board of Directors. Together, Chris and Larry bring decades of executive leadership, governance, and private equity experience building, scaling, and advising high-growth organizations across the HR services, benefits, and technology sectors. As Independent Directors, they will work closely with Allvia’s executive leadership team and Trinity Hunt Partners to provide strategic guidance on the company’s continued growth, including mergers and acquisitions, go-to-market strategy, platform development, and long-term value creation.
Chris Michalak is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across health, benefits, and human capital management. Most notably, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Alight, where he led one of the industry’s leading benefits, payroll, and cloud solutions providers. Throughout his career, Chris has successfully scaled technology-enabled workforce solutions businesses, bringing deep expertise in corporate governance, strategic growth, and value creation.
Larry Dunivan is an accomplished HR technology executive with an extensive track record of building and scaling leading workforce platforms. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Namely and Chief Revenue Officer of Ceridian, now Dayforce, where he helped drive the growth of one of the industry’s most recognized human capital management platforms. Larry’s experience leading high-growth HR technology organizations provides valuable strategic perspective as Allvia continues to expand its platform and capabilities.
