In this role, Betty will oversee and ensure rapid expansion of the brand. She will be responsible for bringing together a cohesive supply chain system and creating uniformity to generate consistent product production and distribution to over 60 countries and multiple partners.
Betty is a career supply chain and operations executive, having held previous roles at Johnson + Johnson, Neutrogena, Pacific World, and Markwins Beauty. She brings an incredible wealth of experience and relationships in production and distribution in Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
RACHEL GILLETTE, GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE + CULTURE
Rachel will be responsible for ensuring a steadfast commitment to the company’s culture, mission, and values on a global scale. As Kevin Murphy rapidly expands, she will steward and cultivate the company’s incredible dedication and commitment to its employees, customers, and sustainability initiatives.
Rachel brings both Fortune 100 and small entrepreneurial company experience to her role. She has incredible people knowledge and a strong track record of building solid relationships with her business partners and executing efficiently under the most demanding of situations.
RICHARD MCALLISTER, GLOBAL IT DIRECTOR
Richard will be responsible for updating and modernizing all of the company’s IT systems to prepare Kevin Murphy for its next stage of growth. He will also oversee and manage the coordination of a global data set in order to allow the company to better serve its clients and customers.
Richard brings a wealth of IT experience in retail and e-commerce across Europe. His creativity and problem-solving skills, combined with over 10 years of working in omnichannel retailing, will allow him to achieve outstanding success at the company.
DR. SIGNE WESTERMAN, GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS + QUALITY
Signe will be responsible for ensuring the utmost commitment and dedication to maintaining the company’s high-quality products. As the organization scales, she will adhere to the existing regulations and quality standards while meeting increasing customer demands.
Signe brings an incredible wealth of knowledge in the production process for health and beauty products having previously worked for Gosh Cosmetics and Leo Pharma. Her proven ability to guarantee that the highest standards are met, paired with her expertise in the space, will ensure that quality is achieved with all Kevin Murphy products. Signe received her master’s degree in food science and her PhD in food chemistry from the University of Copenhagen.
THOMAS RUBINI, GENERAL MANAGER OF FRANCE
In this role, Thomas will continue to bring expansion, growth, and success in the France region. He will oversee the company’s France operations to allow for previous leadership to focus on growing the market in the greater EMEA region. Thomas will be responsible for meeting the company’s projected growth goals in France, contributing to the expansion of the company’s presence across the European region.
Thomas brings extensive experience in sales and marketing across Europe. He came from cosmetics company Great Lengths Universal Hair Extensions, where he served as General Manager for France and Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years with consumer products giant Henkel, eventually serving as Commercial Director for France.
