In 2020, we piloted a performance coaching program called Activate 180 to help six individuals within our firm with personal and professional goals. Shortly after the pilot began, COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns hit, and most companies in our industry experienced a dip in business.

One of our Partners, Jake Vander Zanden, was a participant in the pilot. In 2020, he exceeded his billings goals – an accomplishment that most professionals in search couldn’t achieve. Jake attributed $300k of the revenue he earned in 2020 to the performance coaching he received through Activate 180.
