McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Daniel Ebsen as Assistant Vice President at Hammes Partners. In this role, Daniel will be actively involved in the company’s real estate acquisition, development, and investment activities. Additionally, he will mentor and guide the investment team’s junior members.
Prior to joining Hammes Partners, Daniel was a Vice President in the Real Estate Banking Group at J.P. Morgan where he sourced and structured real estate credit transactions for private and institutional clients. Earlier in his career, Daniel held positions with CBRE and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Since 2001, Hammes Partners and its affiliates have been investing in healthcare real estate on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth investors including endowments and foundations, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and fund of funds. Hammes Partners’ investment strategy is focused on the acquisition and development of best-in-class outpatient healthcare facilities.
