McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Holly Hawkins as Chief Human Resources Officer at Exchange Bank. In this role, Holly will serve as a critical business partner and part of Exchange Bank’s senior leadership team, charged with aligning the continued development and engagement of the human capital function with organizational growth.

Holly brings over 23 years of human resources leadership experience within the wine, nonprofit, and financial services industries. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources with Vintage Wine Estates leading all HR administration and operations, performance management, learning and development, recruiting, payroll, and compensation and benefits for the organization. Prior, Holly served in HR leadership positions with both the Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin and Constellation Brands. Holly holds designations as both as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
