McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Joshua Egert as Director of Capital Markets at MCR Investors. Joshua will manage the company’s debt capital market activities, including new loan origination and refinancing. He will also support the firm’s investment pipeline and growth strategy by managing relationships with lenders, monitoring fluctuations in financing markets and terms, and tracking new financing opportunities.
Joshua brings deep commercial real estate credit experience with perspectives as a lender and loan advisor. Prior to joining MCR, he was on the Originations, Special Situations, and Asset Management Team at LoanCore Capital. Previously, Joshua advised clients and arranged financing for all commercial real estate asset types at Newmark Knight Frank. He is a bar member in New York and New Jersey.
