McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Michael Ayulo as Director of Wescom University at Wescom Credit Union. Michael will bring tremendous value to the credit union by planning, coordinating, and directing personnel training and development programs, ensuring that a culture of ongoing coaching and development is pervasive throughout Wescom.
Michael brings over 25 years of deep learning and development experience across a diverse set of industries. He joins Wescom from Nationwide Insurance, where he built a learning and development function for the organization’s pet insurance business. Prior, he served in leadership positions with multiple notable organizations, including Pacific Dental Services, UTi Worldwide, and Anthem Healthcare. Michael received his Ph.D. in conflict resolution from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Arts in behavioral sciences from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian education from Biola University.
